With the combination of the effect laden Trevor Boxall on bass and the seemingly multi-limbed Jamie Murray on drums, this is a performance that might require you to strap in!

He and his trio certainly delivered that and much more when they performed at Scott's Jazz Club on the 12th April 2024. A frequent collaborator of legendary pianist Brad Melhdau, Joel's work as leader, sideman and original composer has been acclaimed in various publications around the world. Joining him in this performance were the exceptional Dan Loomis on Bass and Ernesto Cervini on drums.

Through a harmonious fusion of Latin American roots with Contemporary Jazz and World Music influences, his compositions resonate with the depth of his multicultural experiences. For this performance from 29th of March 2024, the quintet comprised of Orlando on guitar, Matthew Jacobson on drums, Scott Flanigan on Keys, Steve Welsh on saxophone and Cormac O'Brien on bass. This performance features compositions from Orlando's upcoming debut solo album.
