Following 47-year-old Dominic Prince as he belatedly attempts to fulfil his childhood dream of becoming a jockey.

After attempting to lose a quarter of his 16 and a half stones in weight, the programme follows him as he learns to ride like a professional at the British Racing School and receives advice from top jockeys and trainers.
