Barry has survived his annual holiday with Mrs Bunn, and now relishes a return to the grind, misery and mess which will come as such a welcome relief from the past 14 days. But surprisingly given his absence, business is booming, or rather not so much booming as a dull thud. Even Nigel the office boy, whom you could never accuse of being the sharpest arrow in the quiver, seems to have avoided disaster although, to be fair, it is only 9.20am.

Another week, and another difficult client for the staff of Bunn And Co Estate Agents. Phil Fishwick is looking for a house. Well, less of a house, more of a dump, really, in fact a total wreck. For lesser estate agents, this would rather go against the grain. But undeterred by years of training in the fine art of misrepresentation, Barry Bunn rises to the challenge. In fact, he arguably goes a little too far. But will he satisfy the demanding Mr Fishwick and his fiancee Fiona, a woman, it seems, with hidden depths? Cast (in order of appearance) Barry Bunn....Keith Barron Nigel Dugdale....James Frost Colette Kershaw....Julia Deakin Tracey Wolinski....Lyndsey Marshal Phil Fishwick....Paul Angelis Fiona Slattery....Tracy Brabin Written by Mike Stott Directed by Dirk Maggs Produced by Bruce Hyman.
