Scott Mills takes you back to the Brighton Dome in 1974 when ABBA took Eurovision and the world by storm with Waterloo. He'll hear from Bjorn and Frida from the band, including what they remember about that legendary night. He'll also speak to the people who were actually there, including composer and songwriter Mike Batt who performed as part of the half time show with The Wombles. Plus he'll also be chatting to writer, producer and hitmaker Pete Waterman about what makes them so successful and iconic. Scott will also treat us to some of the other songs from the 1974 contest, including the UK's entry from Olivia Newton John. Plus of course he'll play you a whole heap of massive ABBA anthems from across the years, all of which prove they are one of the greatest bands in the world, thanks in part to that Eurovision win 40 years ago.
